Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking or using our services. By accessing our website or hiring our food cart services (charcuterie, blinis, mini pancakes, and waffle sticks), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website and all services are operated by Whisk & Crumb, a company based in the UK. All references to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to this business.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via our website, email, or online booking form.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure your date. Bookings are not final until the deposit is received.

The full balance is due 28 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Client-initiated cancellations made 28 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations made less than 28 days before the event are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, equipment failure, illness), a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. Event Requirements and Access

The client must ensure suitable space is available for the cart setup, including level ground, access for equipment, and any technical requirements such as electricity.

If your venue has restrictions (e.g. noise, setup time, access), these must be disclosed at time of booking.

If access or setup is obstructed or delayed, we may not be able to provide full service, and refunds will not be available.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us in writing of any guest allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking.

6. Health & Safety

We operate under UK health and safety and food hygiene regulations. All carts are regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure high standards.

Our team follows proper food handling practices and is trained in hygiene and safety protocols.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or transportation disruptions.
